Why Attend Sunday School?
Sunday School meets at 9 AM every Sunday Morning First Christian Church believes very strongly in on-going Christian Education, not only for the young, but for the adults as well. Classes are available every Sunday for children and youth from Kindergarten through high school. The curriculum is bible-based and follows the lectionary along with our worship services. All of the teachers are enthusiastic and encouraging and work hard to prepare young hearts for a closer walk with God. Continuing Christian Education is also very important for adults and young adults as well. Below is a list of the adult classes and the teachers or class leaders. We invite all, to join us this Sunday for Worship and Sunday School. Our coffee bar is open in the fellowship hall if you want to get a special treat before joining our Sunday School sessions. Ask the greeter at the front door for directions to the classes or call the church office at 692-1421. Children and Youth Sunday School
Why is faith history important? Just as knowing our family roots and the values that our family ancestors lived by keeps us better grounded with a sense of belonging, so does knowing our faith ancestors reinforce the kind of faithful living in ourselves that leads to good decisions, healthy living, and a sense of belonging to God. Adult Sunday School Did you know that First Christian has six Sunday School classes for adults? All of them meet weekly at 10:30 on Sunday morning. If you do not already attend a class, please look over the list and consider one that interests you.
All are welcome in any class!

Sunday School

Studying the Scripture keeps one from sin.
In our children and youth classes we are learning about our forefathers and mothers in our faith! Parents, ask your children what they know about Abraham and Sarah; and Isaac and Rebekah. Coming in upcoming weeks: Jacob and Rachel, Joseph, and Moses.
