Invite those persons not committed to Christ and His church to experience the living Christ so that through Him they may see God, make Him Lord of all life, recognize in Him the Savior from the guilt and power of sin, serve Him in the fellowship of the church, witness in His spirit in the common walks of life and abide in hope.

Develop an evangelistic church, sponsoring a year-round program of evangelism that reaches into every age level and every phase of the church life; compile a list of prospective members; and plan and direct special evangelistic projects.
